Information you choose to share

The enquiry form asks for your name, email, requirement and project message. You may also provide your company, phone number, budget, timeline and engagement type. Please do not submit passwords, payment details or other sensitive account information.

When you send an enquiry, the form can include the service page you came from, landing-page path, referring website domain and campaign labels from the link you used. This context helps us understand your enquiry. We do not include the full referring URL or arbitrary URL query values.

How we use enquiry information

• To understand and respond to your request, discuss scope and coordinate follow-up.
• To record the enquiry, its status, assigned owner and next action.
• To investigate delivery problems and protect the form from duplicate or automated submissions.

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. A separate service agreement governs information handled during client work.

Storage and service providers

Website enquiries are sent through Google Apps Script to a private Google Sheet used by Exohive for lead handling. Google provides the infrastructure for this process under its own service terms and privacy practices. Access should be limited to the people responsible for handling enquiries. An internal alert may notify the team that an enquiry is ready for review; the alert links to the private record rather than including your message or contact details.

We use enquiry records for the related business conversation and follow-up. There is no automatic deletion schedule implemented by this website. You can contact us to request correction or deletion; we will review the request, verify identity where needed and explain any information that must be retained for an ongoing engagement or applicable obligations.

Browser storage and retry protection

The website keeps limited journey context in session storage for up to 30 minutes. If a submission is awaiting confirmation, its entered details and request ID may also remain in that tab’s session storage for up to 30 minutes to support a safe retry. They are removed when receipt is confirmed or you start a separate enquiry. This storage is not an independent backup of your enquiry.

Optional measurement

Measurement is off until you allow it through “Privacy & measurement settings” in the footer. When enabled, we record limited events such as page views, project-link clicks, phone or WhatsApp-link clicks and enquiry success or failure in a private reporting sheet. Events sent by our website exclude your name, email, phone and message. Our private reporting sheet does not include a persistent visitor ID. After measurement consent, Google Tag Manager (container GTM-TG76J8DK) also receives limited events and can load the analytics tags configured in that container. Google analytics tags may use cookies or identifiers under Google’s policies. Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalisation remain denied by our website’s consent settings. Campaign labels and page paths may accompany events. Your preference is stored in this browser and can be changed at any time. If Google tags have already loaded, declining measurement refreshes the page to prevent them from continuing to run; unsent form fields are cleared. This website does not require measurement consent to send an enquiry.

Google Maps and external links

The embedded map loads only after you choose “Load Google Map”. Loading it connects your browser with Google, which may receive technical information such as your IP address and apply its own policies. Phone, email, WhatsApp, Google profile and client-website links open services outside this website. Exohive Connected at exohivedigital.com is a separate web property; review its information when visiting.
